Working Principle
Magnetic field is energized by coils when working. Matrix which are installed into the separating ring are magnetized by magnetic field and produce high gradient magnetic field around the surface. The separating ring into which minerals are fed rotates and magnetic particles would be attracted onto the surface of matrix and carried on the top of ring where is without magnetic field and flushed out by water. Meanwhile, non-magnetic particles pass through the matrix into the pulsation and discharging box.Structural Advantages
As separating ring is designed to rotate vertically, feeding coarse particles would stay on the surface of matrix without possible passing through but it would be carried onto the top of separating ring by 180°rotation and then can drop easily by gravity and flush water. Thus, the matrix is not easy to be clogged and helps the machine achieve high efficiency.
The slurry moves back and forth in separating area by the force of pulsating mechanism. Under the action of pulsating fluid, the particles in slurry are driven up and down and kept in a loose condition in order to clear the trap of non-magnetic particles and improve the grade of magnetic concentrates. As a result, this design naturally reduces the possibility of matrix clogging.

Beneficiation of fine weekly magnetic minerals, such as oxidized iron ores (hematite, limonite, siderite), ilmenite, chromite, manganese, red mud and etc. By Whitech to remove magnetic impurities from minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, kaolin, red mud (tails of bauxite) and etc.
