Chassis

Boom
Three sections boom, the first and third boom are telescopic, fully hydraulic control. Turning, tilting, stretching and folding, all movements could be done by shotcrete robot. Shotcrete nozzle could rotate 360°, which minimizes the blind spot, depresses rebound rate and improve shotcreting quality.
Auto-parallel system makes it possible to keep the third boom parallel with working surface during operating main boom. It guarantees a better control to the shotcrete angle and distance, and bring about better shotcreting result.
Electro-hydraulic System
All shotcreting movements could be done through remote control. Maximum protect the operator, meanwhile offer a better operating.
Advanced and reliable electro-hydraulic proportional technology and PLC control, additive dosage could auto setting along with the shotcrete concrete volume according to the initial set ratio. Meanwhile, a wide range of pumping output 0-25 m³/h could be easily achieved, which meets different requirements of pumping capacity.
Computerized man-machine coummunication module, could set working parameters and background system will monitor, record, memorize and display the data of working states in real time. Once it failed to run normal, there will be an alarm and failure information display.
Protection
Equipped with both short range and remote control; Protection of over voltage and low voltage; Double emergency stop.
Peristaltic pumping technology of engine could pump out the remaining concrete inside of pipe once there is a breakdown of motor, to avoid pipe blockage caused by concrete segregation and condensation.
