
SPS125V versatile paver is developed by our company, which is suitable for paving highway base and surface. It absorbs advanced technology of foreign machine, high automation, easy operation and high efficiency make it ideal machine for the user.
The machine is of hydraulic driving and is equipped with mechanically pieced screed with vibrator and double tamper. SPS125V versatile paver can pave the road with good leveling and high density, and its vulnerable parts use advanced wearable material to make sure the performance.

Driving System
The whole machine is hydraulically driven, the engine is connected with gearbox to drive all the hydraulic pumps, which supply power to the components as follows:
1. & right crawlers traveling devices 2. & right conveyors
3. & right feeders 4. double tamper 5. vibrating devices
6. hopper folded in & out, screed up & down, screed extension & withdrawal, pivot cylinder
Traveling Device
Crawlers at both sides are hydraulically driven independently, controlled by microcomputer. It is consisted of variable motor and planet speed reducer of big ratio, which are connected with each other as a whole and installed in the drive hub.
Weight Bearing Mode
Each crawler has ten bearing wheels of free lubrication, which use power accumulator for tension. The rubber patches are replaceable. Each crawler touch area is 3247*320mm.
Brake of Parking
Hydraulic normal close disc brake is installed in each traveling planet speed reducer respectively.
Steering
Left & right crawler driving wheels speed is changed through turning potentiometer knob or right to realize steering.
Hopper
The capacity is 14 tons. Hopper folded in & out is operated by hydraulic stroke cylinder for entire discharge.
Push Roller
The roller can swing to push the truck rear wheels.
Conveyor System
Scraper is used to convey material. Conveyor soleplate is made of imported wearable steel plate.
Transmission: There is respective hydraulic driving system for each scrape conveyor, which is composed of pump, motor, speed reducer and chain transmission. The driven chain wheel runs the scraper.
Operation speed: 0—29m/min. Manual operation can be realized through the switches on the operations console. Auto-operation is realized directly by supersonic material sensor.
Feeder System
The system uses screw feeder which blades are of high wearable material and are easily replaced.
Transmission: There is respective closed hydraulic driving system for each screw feeder, which is composed of variable displacement pump, motor, speed reducer and chain transmission. The driven chain wheel runs the screw.
Operation speed: 0—100r/min, three—step speed change can be realized through the switches on the operations console. Auto-operation is realized directly by supersonic material sensor.
Electric System
The system is equipped with PLC2038 controller and two batteries. The voltage is 24V.
Automatic Leveling Unit
There are two longitudinal and one transverse automatic leveling unit for adjusting longitudinal and transverse level automatically.
Working Devices
One way mechanical extended screed, heated by gas, screed soleplate made of imported wearable steel plate.
